Returns

Please read carefully before placing your order. By shopping with Lu&Co you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Lu&Co. believes in providing high quality products and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected online; therefore Lu&Co. is pleased to offer the following return policy.

We offer Returns on all Full Priced items for STORE CREDIT only.

To exchange for credit, it is essential that items are:

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item returned is unworn, in its original condition and with tags still attached. Any
  • item that does not have the original tag & packaging, has been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise Purchased on SALE are not exchangeable. This includes purchases made with a promotional / welcome discount.

Returns will be approved at the discretion of Lu&Co.

If you wish to make a change the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.

Please note that we do not allow exchanges or refunds on sale items, all sale items are final sale. We will not exchange or refund any jewellery, sunglasses, swimwear, perfume & cosmetics - due to hygiene.

Please contact hello@luandcoboutique.com.au to obtain instructions before returning a product. We will supply you with a return authority and instructions on how to return the product. Please note you are responsible for returning the product to Lu&Co. Boutique and all charges incurred are at your expense. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

You will need to provide proof of purchase.

It is required that items are returned using registered post with the appropriate insurance to ensure items are secure in transit. Once we receive returned product as long as it is unworn and in its original condition including any tags or packaging we will provide you with a store credit.

Faulty Items

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. Damage occurring en route is highly unlikely however should this occur please contact us to report the fault within the 1st day of receiving the item/s.

All items need to be kept in original condition including tags & packaging material and you will also need to provide proof of purchase. Lu&Co will cover all postage costs if the item is deemed faulty. All products need to be unworn and in their original condition. All returns are to be authorised by Lu&Co, we will provide you with instructions for returns. We will assess the damage or fault immediately.

Please note that all refunds due to faulty items will be processed using original method of payment. All returns and exchanges are subject to our terms and conditions.

Please note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Lu&Co is not responsible for and will not accept the return of any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unworn condition. All returns must be authorised by Lu&Co.

Please note in the unfortunate, rare circumstance the item ordered has been sold simultaneously in store, Lu&Co will attempt to re-order the item, however if sold out, you will have the choice of store credit, exchange or full refund.

Shipping

Australia Post is experiencing heavy delays with shipping. We take no responsibility for this and for shipping delays with your orders.

Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday.

All parcels are sent to you using Australia Post and are insured accordingly.

Shipping within Australia options:

  • Collect from store, simply order online and collect from our Nelson Bay Store.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $300. Please allow 2 - 6 business days
  • depending on location.
  • Orders under $300 Standard Parcel Post, flat rate fee of $10.
  • Express Post, will incur a flat rate fee of $15 for overnight delivery. Please note it may
  • take longer for remote areas*
  • International shipping, flat rate fee of $25. All parcels are sent registered post and are
  • insured accordingly. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery.

To avoid delays in receiving your parcel please provide a shipping address where you know there will be someone available to sign for it.

Please note that orders received on weekends and public holidays will only be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Please be aware that if an order is placed after 12pm on a business day the order may be shipped the following day.
